Ripudaman Sujlana has over 22 years of experience in Customer Service in the Hospitality & Retail industry. He has led diverse teams for fortune 100 companies. His roles included Project Management, Change Management and Training & Development.
As an Operations leader, he takes great pride in coaching and training his direct reports. He has an eye for detail and is an expert planner and project manager. He was instrumental in opening two new hotels at the Oberoi Group and seven McDonalds restaurants when the international chain was gaining a foothold in India.
As an entrepreneur he has helped retail chains improve their supply chain management, menu mix and inventory management. His primary goal has been to coach the retail teams to adopt a customer-first attitude. He is passionate about reading military history and debating. He is a foodie at heart and loves to try new cuisines.
